Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to minimise waiting time. Online booking is available 24/7 and most slots are confirmed within 2 hours.

Our team confirms all online requests by phone or WhatsApp within 2 hours during clinic hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM–7 PM, Sat 9 AM–5 PM). Requests made outside clinic hours are confirmed first thing the next morning.

A comprehensive eye exam takes 45–60 minutes. If your appointment includes dilated fundus examination (eye drops to widen the pupils), allow an additional 30 minutes and arrange transport as your near vision will be blurry for a few hours.

Yes. We see children from as young as 6 months old for early vision screening. For very young children, please call us before booking online so we can schedule adequate time.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer your slot to another patient. There is no cancellation fee.

Yes — free basement parking for up to 30 cars, with dedicated accessible bays near the entrance. We are also accessible by AMTS and BRTS bus routes.
