Our team confirms all online requests by phone or WhatsApp within 2 hours during clinic hours (Mon–Sat 11 AM–7 PM). Requests made outside clinic hours are confirmed first thing the next morning.

A comprehensive eye exam takes 45–60 minutes. If your appointment includes dilated fundus examination (eye drops to widen the pupils), allow an additional 30 minutes and arrange transport as your near vision will be blurry for a few hours.

An initial plastic surgery consultation typically takes 30–45 minutes. The surgeon will assess your goals, explain suitable procedures, and answer all your questions in detail.

Yes. We see children from as young as 6 months old for early vision screening. For very young children, please call us before booking online so we can schedule adequate time.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice by phone or WhatsApp so we can offer your slot to another patient. There is no cancellation fee.
