Dr. Shwetambari Singh did her MBBS from BJ Medical College and postgraduation from M & J Institute of Ophthalmology, Ahmedabad.
- She received gold medal in her postgraduation from Gujarat University.
- She did her fellowship in the field of cataract surgery.
- She has worked as Cataract, Cornea and Refractive surgery consultant (Associate Professor) at Nagri Eye Institute for 12 years and as an Eye Bank incharge for 3 years.
- She has given surgical training to many postgraduate students. She is very active academically with many national and international publications under her name.

Cataract
She has performed more than 10,000 cataract surgeries with premium lenses like Toric, Multifocal, Trifocal and EDOF etc. She has given surgical training to many ophthalmologists and performed surgeries in live surgical conferences.
Corneal Transplantation
She has performed large number of various types of corneal transplantation procedures like PK, DSEK, Anterior lamellar transplantation. By that she has resorted vision of many corneal blind patients.
Refractive surgery
She has an experience of performing more than 1000 refractive surgeries of different types like Lasik, PRK, ICL.
Ocular surface disorders
She is passionate about managing dry eyes, severe forms of ocular allergies, keratoconus, complex ocular surface diseases like Steven Johnson syndrome.
Ocular Trauma
She is specialized in providing emergency treatment to various types of ocular trauma. (mechanical, chemical, penetrating injuries)
